In this job, candidate will:

  • Lead and participate in project teams supporting the execution of key supply chain initiatives aimed at process optimization in addition to delivering solution for significant cost savings.

  • Provide analysis to measure benefits and risks associated with implementation of technology or changes to the distribution footprint.

  • Identifies gaps and recommends solutions for implementation including design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth and requirements.

  • Collaborate with key initiative leaders, subject matter experts, project stakeholders, and operations leadership to coordinate project plans, including implementation schedules and impact on resources.

  • Daily tasks includes project management administrative tasks eg management reporting, KPI measures and tracking.

Roles may include coordination role for global supply chain and logistics function in enterprise wide project implementations.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent with minimum of 8+ years relevant experience

  • Understanding of fundamental key financial measures that have direct influence on the organizations supply chain.

  • Depth and breadth of understanding of the E2E Supply Chain. Experience in managing supply chain strategic initiatives in logistics (warehouse and distribution) and/or order management is desirable. Strengths and experience in other supply chain areas would be considered.

  • Ability to produce ROI analysis, budgets for project execution, cost modelling and deployment plans.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.

  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop creative and out-of-box solutions.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision on multiple projects

  • Manage cross functional teams with competing priorities

  • Basic knowledge of SAP is essential
