Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct Day 2 Review and Risk & Control Assessment on CitiPhone processes

  • To review CitiPhone processes to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies

  • To ensure daily monitoring targets are met

  • To achieve turnaround time of 1 day for Control related functions

  • To ensure all tasks / job functions are completed timely, accurately and in comply with Policy and Compliance guidelines

  • To track and monitor daily/monthly MIS related to Monitoring program and report the key performance indicators to seniors management

  • Responsible to review, renew and perform timely updates on Operating Procedures in accordance with Citi policy and local regulatory guidelines

  • Assist and participate in Control & Compliance Testing Program (ORI, MCA and Quarterly Self-Assessment)

  • Responsible to perform update on Security Matrix and ID maintenances

  • To coordinate the keeping of documents in recall boxes for warehouse storage

  • Review and improve unit’s working processes in line with the Bank’s compliance guidelines

  • Prepare daily and monthly MIS for the unit

  • Analyze MIS and recommend actions to strengthen effectiveness of unit

  • To take on additional assignments/responsibilities and initiatives to deliver quality performance

  • Timely escalation of issues and problems to unit manager

  • To pass all internal and regulatory audit/ARR and ensure any resultant corrective action is completed on schedule

Qualifications

Qualifications and Knowledge/Skills/Behaviors

  • Degree/Higher diploma holder

  • Strong judgment, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Process driven and able to review and improve process and procedures

  • Able to multi-task and work under stress

  • At least 1 year experience at Citiphone

  • Strong team player and able to work independently

  • Willing to work long hours, handle high volume of transactions and additional assignments with minimum supervision

  • Strong command of spoken and written English
