  • Identify/ leverage best practices already in use in the finance operations community

  • Design practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities, to achieve cost reductions and synergy

  • Provide advice and guidance to Business Partner on transition of new tasks and process improvement

  • Responsible in process documentations

  • Good all rounder communicator in written, oral and presentation skills

  • Innovative and creative

  • Advanced understanding of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Experience/background in IT knowledge will be an added advantage

  • Previous working experience in process engineering will be an added advantage

  • Experiences in supporting a shared service center in a logistic industry would be preferred

  • Process oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Demonstrate ability to think conceptually and translate this into practical action

  • Strong process documentation skill
