Position Title: Associate Sales Manager - Consumer & Commercial Solutions

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia

Report to: Sr. BD Manager

Job Summary:

To develop an aggressive business strategies in order to build RCP & MAPA PRO business in Philippines, Vietnam & Cambodia.

The scope of the function will entail the supervision of a team of staff in the implementation of business building activities, and utilizing corporate resources towards building meaningful market shares in the core categories.

Job Description:

  • To gain a bigger market share and support the local distributors in Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia markets. The primary purpose of the function is to ensure that RCP & MAPA PRO are in hospitality, food service, manufacturing and property management.

  • Implement operating policies and develop programs to accomplish sales and profitability objectives

  • Manage key end user alliances

  • Manage a portfolio of distributors, wholesalers and retailers operating within Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia

  • Rapidly understand, find and expand distribution coverage in the region while maximizing existing customer portfolio

  • Grow market share with the introduction of new products in the region

  • Provide countries update and field analysis on competitions and market activities.

  • Implement company's pricing strategies on the core segment that is on parity with main competitive brands.

  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets.

  • Co-ordinate and follow up with the logistic team to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the Region

  • Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region

  • Identify and develop a list of end users which are focusing on Hospitality, Food Service, Healthcare, Property Management

  • Establish Preferred Supplier Agreement with the potential end users

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines

  • Experience in an MNC environment

  • 6 to 8 years of direct/field sales experience with proven successful track record

  • Ideally possesses commercial sales experience in a B2B environment

  • Exposure in the Cleaning Industry will be very highly preferred

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Strong Leadership Skills

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English with additional languages an advantage

  • Frequent business travels cross the region is required
