As part of our Editorial or Content team, you’ll play a critical role in preparing this information and getting it fit for use. Working to deadlines with multiple authors on manuscripts, articles and more, you’ll see that all material is delivered via multiple delivery models and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing strategies prepared and executed on time, measured by financial outcomes, ongoing strategic plan, customer satisfaction, retention and growth

  • Align marketing communications and have clear plan of all marketing communications targeting customer segments

  • Develop strategies to move from a “customer push” to a “customer pull” approach

  • Improved campaigns ROI and identify new ways of lead generation

  • Quarterly market research conducted with a panel of customers “Customer Advisory Board”

  • Improved customer NPS scores

  • Monthly reporting on campaign effectiveness and activity tracker

  • Campaigns rolled out on time and align with business plan

  • Campaign completed within budget

  • Drive solution portfolio success by implementing and supporting product plan, processes to align and collaborate across business units

  • Incorporate customer insights into product strategy decision

  • Collaborate with product team to ensure marketing message are delivered and resonate with target audience

  • Clear and accurate budget maintained with all financial administration kept up-to-date

  • Increased market share, penetration and revenue growth

  • Increased NPS and EOS scores

  • Partner with Product Management and Solution lines to ensure that Marketing messages are high-quality, powerful, accurate, and up-to-date reflections of the product roadmap and vision; produce internally and externally-facing materials that are infused with benefit driven messaging for each product

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree qualified (degree preferred)

  • Some understanding of Malaysia/Indonesia’s legal market and system would be ideal but not necessary

  • Three(2-3) years relevant work experience – preferably within the B2B market

  • Ability to draft clear, concise correspondence, presentations and documents to describe a strategy/plan/execution

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Adobe PDF

  • Experienced in supporting business growth by successful implementation of leads generation campaigns

  • Good understanding of solutions sales models and ability to communicate product value and ‘story’ to the target audience

  • Experienced in managing product launches

  • Excellent customer interaction skills, plus demonstrable ability to build positive, lasting relationships with customers and establish credibility within the market

  • Demonstrable project management experience and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including multifunctional team

  • Demonstrate ability to work with teams, product groups and stakeholders in a global matrix organisation

  • High level of presentation skills (essential).

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills (essential).
