Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
To provide teaching and education proper use on designated treatment and assigned disease area to optimise patients’ outcome in clinical area
Improve patient satisfaction and relationship with Healthcare Professionals
To promote disease awareness via patient support program for all assigned product(s)
Facilitates care that patient is centred and individualized to culture needs
Comply with local confidentiality requirements
Implement program process within potential sites
Communicate the aims and objectives of the program to all relevant health service and local personnel
Qualified Nurse with 2-5 years of experience in hospital attachments.
Able to work closely with internal and external parties
Ensure reports are submitted on timely basis
To meet and exceed all KPI's of patient support programme
Energetic and passionate about building successful career
Perseverance and self-drive
Prefer with valid driving license and possess own car (Travel is required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
This is a renewable 1 year contractual role.
