Inside Sales Officer
Through establishing teamwork and a trust-based relationship with Field Sales, provide customers with timely and competitive quotations, including strategizing quotes for bids (i.e. mark-ups). The position is also responsible for stock checking, sample request handling, strategic selling (a shared role with Field Sales), and providing item forecasting for the Product Management team.
Handle RFQ’s (For Bids & Buys), prepare quotation / proposals and follow through on closing of sale
Coordinate with internal departments on issues regarding product availability, delivery, price support, and quality services
Samples Requests by Customers
Strategic Selling - In close collaboration with Field Sales
Provide item forecasting to Product Management Team
While it is preferred that the candidate is a degree holder, the following are the “Must-Have” requirements to be successful in the role:
Minimum 2-4 years working experience in MNC company with sales & marketing / program management / customer service role, preferable with electronic / component knowledge
Able to cope with stress & meet deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Skill in prioritizing work & multi-tasking
