  • Travel to SEA countries to install/troubleshoot/maintain company capital equipment.Provide technical product training and basic user training as neededIdentify and analyze equipment failures, replace and repair equipment as neededSupport customer centric programs like conferences and workshops as neededRemote assists customer/ FCE/ Sales to resolve technical issues, and escalate to line supervisor if neededSummarize frequent issues, main causes and optimized solutions for service data analysisMaintain field knowledge matrix, including work instructions, flow charts, layout, commission procedure, bulletin, and related technical documentationWork with multiple teams to implement Service SOPDocument service record as well as issues, accordance to ISO requirementsFlexible in filling other project roles as required.
