Job Description

  • Provide knowledge, data visualization or dash board using data analytic tool such as Identify and predict those weakness on the process, focus in continuous improvement and generate algorithms for the manufacturing operation using linear algebra and probability.

  • Perform data­mining, data cleaning and munging.

  • Develop customized algorithms to solve analytical problem.

  • Generate a predictive data from equipment such as possible failures, future issues, improvements of the line or process and others.

  • Data Visualization. Generate a dashboard report from Splunk.

  • Work on IT, Process Engineering and Industrial 4.0 community.

  • Involve in Machine Integration and line improvement.

  • Collaboration on Data Scientist in other Continental location.

  • Big data Collaboration in universities.

Job Requirements

  • Graduating students encouraged to apply (Masters/PHDs would be an added advantage).

  • The individual MUST have proven track record (or at least possessing such capability or knowledge) of industrial implementation of various categories of work. Experience in formulating or implementing algorithms that are capable of evolution (automated parameters updating) would be of a great advantage.

  • Large data set should excite this person.

  • A strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis with experience in machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning), time series analysis and experiment design

  • Strong analytical skills and facility with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas & formatting).

  • SQL knowledge is a MUST.

  • Experience with statistical software (Matlab, SPSS, SAS, R) and programming software (.Net, Java, HTML 5, Python and HiveQL) is an added advantage.

  • Desire to learn new methods in data mining/manipulation.

  • Background in statistics, software engineering, data mining, database administration, or other quantitative discipline is highly valued.
