- Repair Centre Manager- Key Responsibilities *
Repair center manager will be responsible for running and managing day-day repair center operations, drive productivity by managing team of engineers and achieve monthly targets.
Management of Internal Repair Center - time management, hiring field engineers.
Productivity-drive productivity and achieve the monthly demands targets.
Efficiency-drive efficiency including cost efficiency, time spent on repairs.
Reporting-provide management with reports on daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Troubleshooting-conduct troubleshooting on defective devices or machines.
R&D-conduct research & development for new repair methods and ideas.

- Qualification and Desired work experience: *
Diploma or Degree in Hardware Engineering or IT or related discipline.
Relevant experience in managing repair center operations, customer relations and team management.
Must have good communication, interpersonal and customer relations building skills.
