The senior parts manager would be responsible for supporting inventory optimization strategy across the post warranty organization. S/He would be responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. The major emphasis is on planning, deployment and coordination of tasks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides planning for budget of investments for support part for deployment of various projects.

  • Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients.

  • Establishes project change management processes and activities for team to utilize.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction of solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.

  • Involves extensive interaction with service supply chain, labor, tech support, and other members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients.

  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery

  • Manages the integration and/or development of the Onsite Inventory System deliverable directly to a customer.

  • Responsible for project budget, schedule and resources.

  • Consistent interaction with client and 3rd party vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or 7+ years of relevant professional experience

  • fluent business English

  • Strong background in supply chain management and Inventory Control process

  • Experienced organizing and planning skills to oversee and successfully implement a project within a client situation

  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.

  • Strong priority setting and delegation skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
