Global Delivery Cyberjaya Center located in Cyberjaya offers end to end support for end user computing, network and service integration to Nokia. Cyberjaya Center focuses on Messaging and Calendaring, SCCM, Workstation Onsite support, Quality Assurance & Testing, Business and Systems Analysis. We are looking for individual that can be multi-tasking and experience with some hand-on on the mention technology support.


·Incident management – process oriented. Enhance knowledge for all new incidents

·Run 24x7 shift operations and ready for standby if needed

·Able to work under pressure in a high-paced customer service environment, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

·Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a systematic and logical manner, and maintain good communications with all relevant parties throughout troubleshooting process. Must understand and apply existing written instructions

·Customer focus and result driven to handle all customer cases
