Key Responsibilities:

  • The role will support Global third party outbound fulfillment facilities and reverse supply chain facilities.

  • Ensure facility compliance with all required physical inventory controls.

  • Ensure all reconciliations and ad hoc adjustments are completed in a timely manner to support accurate reporting of inventory balances quarterly.

  • Review results of inventory reconciliations; ensure that appropriate root cause and corrective actions are driven to reduce variation in reported inventory balances.

  • Support analysts with issue escalations and resolutions, both process-driven or technical in nature.

  • Ensure team is meeting or exceeding contractual and service level obligations to customer.

  • Act as a highly skilled specialist in one or more areas. Integrates understanding of functional issue and how related area interact to achieve result.

  • Proven ability to analyze large and complex data sets across multiple IT applications.

  • Demonstrate ability to lead a team and continue develop for future people manager.

  • Train/onboard new analysts; support analyst skill development.

  • Builds productive internal strong relationship at team lead and management level.

  • Completes complex tasks in a creative way requiring consideration independent judgment and a high degree of initiative.

  • Contributes to financial and resource planning of the team.

  • Highly engage, maintain & share best practices with your Global team.

  • Represent Inventory Control in business-unit driven programs to ensure controls and transactional integrity requirements are incorporated at program level.

  • Capabilities to make judgment to make decision or resolve issue within defined options or standard protocols.

  • Leads projects impacting inventory to optimize and standardize an Inventory management process and drive for consistency.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant 4-6 years’ experience in Operations, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain or IT.

  • Advanced analytical and & negotiating skills, plus a Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Proficient written English and fluent oral English are required.

  • Expert ability to interact with senior management.

  • Experienced Inventory control SME on projects impacting multiple businesses functions.

  • Advanced MS computer skills in Excel, Access and Power Point.

  • Background in Manufacturing, Materials, finance/accounting and/or experience with large datasets is preferred.

  • Can work under minimal supervision and self- motivated in completing business objectives.
