Dell Manager 2, Inventory Management in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop team members to achieve performance objectives and grow in capabilities.

  • Ensure financial reliability through reconciliations, count activities, monitoring, and audits.

  • Build and establish inventory transaction analysis to identify issues and develop solutions.

  • Establish and manage stakeholder communication process.

  • Assess physical and system inventory controls for compliance with Dell policy requirements.

  • Identify issues driving inventory variances or operational issues and develop solutions that address the root-cause.

  • Lead and drive innovation and transformation initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 5 - 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in supply chain, operations, finance/accounting, and/or inventory control.

  • Bachelors degree in business related field.

  • Experience with inventory warehouse systems, data mining, and working with large data sets.

  • Ability to analyze operational and financial information and develop solutions

Experience with identifying business and financial risks and developing mitigation activities.

  • Ability to influence others and collaborate on solutions.

  • Understanding of supply chain processes.
