ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts Quality Audits for Order Processing Team

  • Responsible for the quality of the order management and processing of orders received via sales staff and direct customers.

  • Perform quality audits geared to manage and ensure highest quality and productivity in processing of orders.

  • Facilitate order audit and quality control process.

  • Capture feedback for individuals within the group on systems and policies and procedures.

  • Interfaces with and supports operational and project leaders.

  • Completes order audits, and checks parameters of each item listed.

  • Liaises with operational and training teams to drive business improvements and drive order processing efficiencies or sales operations process improvements through the quality audit process.

  • Completes business controls through audits.

  • Drives team goals through the coordination of work

  • Assists the team in resolving the more complex issues

  • Compiles weekly/monthly reports regarding Quality Audits.

  • Performs quality audits, identifies bottom quartile and recommends refresher training/coaching as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this role, you will offer the following requirements:

  • 0-3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT/Computer Sciences or other equivalent qualifications

  • Must be able to work on night shift hours, supporting US Region

  • Fluent communications in English - written and verbal

  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking

  • Goal/Career oriented and self-motivated.

  • Strong customer service ethic and ability to be empathetic and accept ownership.

  • Skilled and knowledgeable on Automation concepts, reporting tools and Six Sigma tools is an added advantage

  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

  • Willing to travel and work in Bayan Lepas, Penang (Malaysia)
