Go To Market (GTM) Senior Advisor is an active member of the SIA (South Asia Korea, Indochina, Asia Emerging Market. Business Planning and Analysis team providing analytical and strategic support to the business and go to market strategies.

This position includes full responsibility for the provision and use of information that will enable the business to meet their objectives; and the implementation of business management system and standardizing it across the countries within South Asia. In this exciting role it will be critical to establish a strong partnership and business understanding while working closely with senior management team. Key deliverables from this position will be contributing to regular business reviews, providing business intelligence and supporting decision making processes based on both financial and operational metrics.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in GTM business planning and analysis, recommending strategic initiatives and provide business support

  • Responsible in designing/enhancing the Business Management framework, dashboards/metrics automation and working across regional standardization.

  • Enhance and automate existing reporting and tool to be more user friendly. Reduce human touch points and value add to business leader.

  • Be able to understand key metrics of the business and will be able to translate those into decision support analysis and meaningful business reports.

  • Strong partnership with sales team on developing action plans to drive business health and growth.

  • Actively participate and lead discussions in sales reviews to fully understand business issue.

  • Analyze business issues and deliver new insights that help improve business performance.


  • Prerequisite Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Studies, Marketing, Finance or a related professional qualification

  • Advanced PC skills using Excel and PowerPoint are a must. Preferable with technical data manipulation skills using SQL Server, database or any BI Tools.

  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in IT, Finance or Business Analysis related job scope preferably in an MNC and form IT industry.

  • Possess strong analytical skills with strong business and finance acumen.

  • Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and with management teams.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in uncertain situations.
