Job Title Maintenance Manager
Posting Location Alor Setar
Implement planned and unplanned maintenance processes in order to achieve annual maintenance targets such as MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance Maturity, PM completion and PM Effectiveness using standard company tools.
Prepares yearly maintenance budget, job plan and ensures its adherence.
Cascade of maintenance budget to the respective areas
Prepares investment budgets for continuous improvement, major repair or replacement
Support reduction of energy consumption through good maintenance practices and identify/execute projects effectively.
Ensure availability and optimize the requirement and usage of spare parts
Ensure compliance with company and local legal requirements regarding ESH and others
Coach, lead, managed and develop the Maintenance team members.
Support the team to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance related breakdown, quality non-conformance or issues
Establish and execute the programs to achieve desired plant and individual KPIs.
Ensure the correct usage of company assets and methodologies.
Manage activities of planned shutdown and ensure completion and quality of maintenance task
Manage external maintenance contractor in the plant.
Develop local suppliers together with purchasing department and in agreement with Central Engineering Tires.
Utilize and provides support to the team using Maintain Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Community network.
Active participation in the Maintenance Competence Center
Bachelor of Degree or Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering
Min 10 years work experiences in manufacturing industry
Min 2 years experience as Maintenance Manager
Fluent in business English (both verbal and writing)
Capability to drive the team with a Passion to Win
Experience with coaching techniques and able to prove coaching capability
