Job Description

Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and also to take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the plant premises.
Ensuring the installation of Machines and Manufacturing Systems in accordance with the standards set by the Central Engineering Organization. Includes IPC Management.
Managing Plant Engineering resources to perform the tasks related to Control Systems, Machines Communications, and Manufacturing Systems in the planned time + cost and required quality.
Manage and evaluate team performance and development, provide feedback (HRD) and ensure continuous team collaboration.
Validate the needs and training programs for electrical staff considering technical topics and personal development features. Monitor and follow up of agreed training measures.
Ensure the link to ET C&D knowledge management for all technicians and engineers.
Ensure 3rd level support for breakdowns (1st - electricians / 2nd C&D maintenance area engineers).
Ensure support of Projects, Utilities & Buildings and Maintenance departments.
Ensure adherence of the Change Management Specification from Engineering Tires C&D to formally authorize,
approve and document all changes of small, medium or large impact of control systems and Manufacturing systems (software modification management guideline )
Manage and define the budget for the Department of Controls & Drives in order to reach the Plant Engineering goals in accordance with the company policies.
Ensure the communication between the local all C&D personal inside the plant.
Ensure the communication with suppliers (Siemens, Beckhoff, Toester, etc.) and the Central Organizations (e.g. C & D, IT, etc.)
Job Requirements
Bachelor of electrical engineering or equivalent
5 years C&D engineering experience in production industry
Has lead several machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects
Management of a technical team for at least 3 years
International team capability
Fluent business English ( C2 proficient English )
