As a Senior Manager
for Strategy Advisory, you’ll help clients to solve complex enterprise-wide
strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic
initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming the operations and
processes, and improving business performance.
You’ll also be
responsible for business development, identify and qualify opportunities, and
lead proposal development and client interview.
You’ll identify and
summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content.
You’ll lead and manage a complex multi-work stream project with a team of 5-8
consultants and collaborate with other teams and departments to develop
business and deliver projects.
Your key responsibilities
Growth Strategy -assisting the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growthoptions and strategic recommendations
Strategic Planning- designing a sustainable process and tools for a client to run effectivestrategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning processes
Enterprise costreduction and operating model design - assisting the client to reduce costsacross the enterprise, and also to change the structure, governance and metricsof the enterprise
Value driver-baseddecision support - assisting the client to identify drivers of enterprisevalue, and translate those drivers into planning, reporting and decision supportframeworks to support strategic and operational decision-making

To qualify for therole, you must have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 8years working experience, preferably with 5 years in a business consultingrole with a leading management consultancy organisation
Able to conduct business development work and lead andmanage consulting projects independently
Substantial experience in providing consulting servicesin strategy formulation and planning, organisation design, and operationand business process improvement
Experience in managing/ dealing in large complexprojects on public-private partnership, merger integration, organisation restructuringand transformation
Excellent command of written and spoken English andMalay
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience with leading industry players, includingmultinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies
MBA degree from a reputable business school
