As a valued member of the Malaysian PAS practice, you will join an experienced and diverse group of professionals who help clients develop data driven human capital strategies; design compelling employee value propositions; support change efforts to help organisations to successfully transition to a future state design and implementation of HR operating models and organisational structures; and help with a range of organisational and individual capability development initiatives. As a Senior Manager, you will be a key resource on business transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to provide quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities.
Your key responsibilities
High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken
Build and maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients
Demonstrate mastery of key concepts and principles related to People Advisory Services capabilities
Contribute to practice building and thought leadership
Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts and business transformation challenges
Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients
Develop long-term and productive client relationships and networks
Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training and foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment to develop people
Keep up-to-date with current developments and trends in people advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
Develop relationships with other EY team members across all practices to serve client needs

To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor’s degree
Minimum 8 years of prior experience in a range of our key capabilities
Relevant professional experience — including, for example, previous work with a Big Four firm, global management consultancy firm, or niche consultancy, or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to leading large-scale projects
Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Relevant post-graduate qualification
