About the opportunity
Due to an expansion in our Talent Acquisition team, we’re looking for Talent Acquisition Senior/Assistant Managers to join our team and drive the recruitment growth for our firm.
Be the key point of contact for at least one of the business units in Malaysia to ensure effective and timely recruitment.
Execute talent acquisition strategies through various sourcing techniques and be a ‘sourcing expert’ and guide to the Service Line leaders. Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates.
Manage the client relationship with various stakeholders, to understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs
Perform the full-life cycle recruitment process, when required, and ensure that this is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles. This includes:
Developing job descriptions for posting, where required
Raising job requisitions using Taleo.
Posting of job descriptions onto various portals and channels
Profiling and presenting qualified list of pre-screened candidates to hiring managers
Advising the business on best candidate fit
Managing the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development
Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Integrating diversity into the staffing process
Advising the business on strategy to build pipeline
Takes the initiative to manage qualified candidates to engage them in current or future opportunities.
Ensuring a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
Relationship management and networking is a critical component to be successful in this role.
Provide timely reports and analytics to the leadership team and flag risks/delays in advance
To qualify for the role, you must have:
A degree in Human Resource, Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, in both, or either/or in-house and outsource environment.
Excellent communication skills with meticulous nature and high level of self-initiative.
Sourcing and mapping experience.
Experience in using ATS.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Experience in high volume recruitment will be an added advantage.
Experience in using LinkedIn
