Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and leading the Prime Finance Ops team, to ensure timely accurate delivery of services and ensuring that business meet all Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements

  • Ensure that the service delivery standards comply with customers and all Citigroup policies, i.e. Compliance, COB etc.

  • Productivity and service improvement initiatives champion- responsible to review and enhance turnaround times for transactions to be are processed and service delivery standards

  • Liaise and act as coordinator between clients and internal counterparts to facilitate smooth working processes to strengthen service levels

  • Participate in regular customers' review to address any concerns, build good rapport & relationship and possibly identify additional business opportunities

  • Review client service standards/operating memoranda to ensure consistency in terms of service delivery

  • Develop performance measurement process to track customer interaction & staff performance. Initiate corrective action, where necessary

  • Ensure that monthly statistics on type of enquiries/complaints received from clients are being analyzed

  • Responsible for identifying and achieving organizational objectives through the use of appropriate resources

  • Planning of resources to meet the business needs (Capacity Plan)

  • Providing the right training needs for individuals to excel in their respective areas

  • Migration of best practice in term of clients’ services

  • Ensure proper control on departmental expenditure


  • Diploma or degree holder preferred

  • Should have minimum 10 year experience in operations is preferred

  • Experience in billing processing, securities operations or banking will be an added advantage

  • Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, if required

  • Team oriented and ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising controls and risk parameters established

  • Strong execution skills in a multi-tasking mode and follow-up effectively

  • Self-starter with excellent attitude, communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
