This position requires a dynamic leader who is able to provide Operational support for multiple cross-functional projects and/or offer solutions at an advanced level, across the global Fraud Execution organization to achieve objectives. Serve as analytical and/or procedural expert, representing a unit or team on operational processes, project deliverables for implementing new technology and capabilities. Integrate subject matter and industry expertise within a defined Global operations area by influencing decisions through advice and counsel.

Active engagement with strategic global programs aligned directly to Global Fraud Authentication, Verification, Client Experience and Internal Fraud activities. Individual will coordinate and own the analysis of new technology, departmental impacts, cost/benefits analysis and support of migration efforts as appropriate. Accountable for delivery based on set milestones. Ownership of the requirements definition and derivation of the future state solutions as it relates to organizational global impacts. This position is an individual contributor role with primary responsibility of providing operational support for large projects / programs in the Global Fraud Execution.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business leads to identify and validate business systems solutions, and translate requirements into technical specifications with level of effort and duration estimates

  • Ensure that Operational projects remain aligned with strategic initiatives, providing updates as necessary to sponsors/committees and ensuring adequate resources are available

  • Develop objectives, operational plans and provide execution, operational readiness, implementation management and coordination for projects. Manage the overall plan for the business related activities.

  • Effectively track, monitor and mitigate operational project risks prior to prioritization

  • Apply in-depth understanding of how various operational areas collectively integrate within the sub function

  • Apply in-depth knowledge to coordinate and contribute to initiatives that support the objectives of the operations function and overall business

  • Work closely with support teams in gathering requirements, dependencies, testing requirements; effectively drive operational readiness

  • Provide Project status reporting, risk evaluation, critical path deliverables and key indicators of project performance

  • Effectively manage and lead relationships across the Global Consumer Group businesses and external clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

  • 2+ or more year’s business and/or project management experience

  • Fraud functional knowledge – preferred but not required

  • Experience translating solutions to business requirements and/or demonstrated data analysis skills

  • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written (includes presentation development)

  • This position requires the ability to work as part of a dynamic team, as well as independently

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and simplify large, complex issues into a logical sequence of action

  • Interfaces with leadership within the business and serves as a subject matter expert various topics and initiatives

  • Influences decisions regarding strategic direction and prioritization made by colleagues through developed negotiation and diplomacy skills
