Job Description

  1. Sales & Profitability

a) Maximize salesopportunities and achieve the business target set for the country market

b) Establish customer sales, distribution and shelfspace targets by brand, by quarter, and full year

c) Define pricing and selling strategies, andtrade terms to maximize sales and income

d) Manage credit and receivables

  1. Channeland Key Account Objectives

a) Complete a Strategic Account Plan for each keyaccount

b) Review customer performance quarterly withaccounts and management

c) Adopt and effectnew business models with focus on sales & profitability in line withlaunching of new product lines via new and existing channels

d) Increase the depthand breadth for our brands in the retail space in key accounts and fromDistributor’s network.

e) Develop strategiesfor distribution, sales growth, and new customer business plan for the year.

f) Enhance and expandnew distribution channels for existing product lines.

g) Implement newproduct lines distribution through the sales team.

h) Increase saleschannels and enhance existing channels through more effective marketingstrategies and merchandizing methods for current and new lines of products

  1. **Plan& Execution

a) Align withRegional & Local Marketing team in designing and executing the sales plan.

b) Build new channelsand develop toy category at general trade level

c) Develop andexecute sales and promotion plans with customers

d) Spearheadexecution of planogramming and merchandising standards for portfolio

e) Obtain and analyzemarket information, and identify the possible new and enhance existing channelsof distribution for new product lines.

f) Increase range ofbrands in relevant market channels to increase market share of our brands indifferent toy categories.

g) Develop corporateaccounts sales channels and effective planning for co-promotions with them.

h) Communicate andwork very closely with Distributor’s sales team to motivate, train and developa performance culture to promote better sell through at the point of sales forour products.

Experience, Education & Skills

Over 8 years experiece in sales & marketing in local retail environment, preferable in FMCG

Experience in hypermarket selling, or managing distributors

Proven sales and key account management record
