Insurance Partnership Manager's principal responsibility is to work closely and manage relationship with the exclusive business partners, develop suitable insurance products, drive Insurance sales and revenue from various channels (cards, mortgage and branches). The key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Develop new marketing channels – e.g. Online channel

  • Interface with stakeholders (internal and external partners) for collateral/ customer promotion activities

  • Drive rewards, recognition and campaigns

  • Engage Compliance, Legal and Business Controls to ensure business is in compliance to regulatory requirements and adhere to local and regional guidelines.

  • Coordinate monthly governance meetings, i.e. Business Insurance Committee Meeting and Insurance Partners Steering Committee Meeting

  • Identify and develop new product and initiative

  • Manage customer experience including customer feedback/complaint monitoring and policy cancellation

  • Sales management

  • Deliver target which includes penetration rate and premium

  • Develop and implement on-going sales strategies

  • Implement and roll out new campaigns

  • Financial management

  • Manage cost and profitability with strategic business partners

  • Process management

  • Implement and review sales process for improvement

  • Ensure compliance to sales process requirement and sales regulatory requirements

  • Infrastructure management

  • Set up and ensure all infrastructure are aligned to the info security of the Bank


  • Possess at least 5 years working experience in financial services, preferably in banking environment or insurance company with exposure in general or life insurance

  • Strong interpersonal skills (extrovert nature is preferred)

  • Leadership qualities with appropriate project management skills
