As part of the Talent team, provide brand, marketing and communications support to deliver a compelling employer/recruitment branding presence across Malaysia and to continuously improve employee engagement. Your role is to increase the awareness and consideration of EY as an employer of choice, thus creating a pipeline for both campus and experienced hiring across Malaysia and enabling recruiting teams to hire the best talent. Through various employee engagement activities and communications, you will help to provide an exceptional EY experience that lasts a lifetime.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding:

  • Work closely with internal Brand, Marketing, Communication teams, IT/Tech teams and more broadly across Talent to ensure consistency and efficiency in our approach and to pro-actively drive initiatives and seek opportunities to raise awareness of our employer brand

  • Develop or re-purpose available content and bring to life our EVP to use in various channels

  • Manage end-to-end process of the creation, design and production of collateral, including photography or videos shoots to be used across various channels

  • Manage and own all corporate social media accounts for Malaysia including the curating and creating of compelling, relevant content that reinforces our EVP, brand values and purpose

  • Engage with and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including: Talent leaders, Recruitment leaders, recruitment teams, BMC leader and teams, business representatives, Asia-Pacific employer brand leader and team, and Asia-Pacific employer brand network

  • Manage budget and vendors

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods

  • Coordinate and work closely with Talent Leader, HR Business Partners and the wider Talent community to execute all activities associated with the annual Global People Survey

  • Work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Leads to improve the overall employee experience from the recruitment process to end of employment

  • Develop and deliver a communication strategy that includes internal communications with staff and external communications with wider media

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 8 years related job experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience

  • Corporate marketing or advertising agency background

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience in employer branding, social media marketing and digital activation of professional content will be an added advantage
