As part of our Talent team and reporting to the Asean Diversity & Inclusive Leader, you’ll support in delivering the Diversity & Inclusiveness strategy and programs across Asean. Solid project management experience will be an asset as you will lead in the planning, communication and management of dynamic D&I projects and programs. In addition you will provide direction and general information to all stakeholders on D&I related activities and matters.

In your role as a D&I Manager, you’ll:
Understand each service line’s business including specific opportunities, gaps, and challenges that are relevant to diversity and then create diverse, creative and inclusive solutions, which align processes and policies to support business strategy.
Think strategically and provide general guidance to stakeholders on D&I related queries; including but not limited to the EY D&I approach, areas of focus, internal and external projects.
Develop relationships with key leaders and Talent business partners to identify opportunities and embed D&I messaging and solutions.
Participate in internal and external Diversity networks by attending meetings on a regular basis and providing input and sharing best practices.
Draft talking points and key D&I messages for external speaking engagements and internal communication opportunities.
Perform quarterly D&I data analysis, Talent engagement index assessment and suggest correlations to better inform the D&I approach.
Manage and execute D&I communications to target demographics at all levels across Asean, which includes D&I event related memos.
Project manage D&I activities while maintaining high quality and a responsive approach to all stakeholders.
Develop and coordinate internal D&I workshops/trainings and client engagement D&I focused events and collate feedback.
Provide on-site support, coordination and management of all D&I events and workshops.
Provide insightful suggestions and help identify external platforms for EY to share D&I learnings and best practices.
Ensure appropriate approvals and quality and risk management standards are maintained with all external opportunities.
Resolve D&I related issues and escalate where needed.
Participate in various Asia Pacific and Global D&I projects, as required.
Approach all teaming and leading opportunities with an inclusive approach – be an Inclusiveness Champion.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Minimum 8 years’ of relevant working experience in a large corporate organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Communications or any related field.
Experience in driving change management initiatives with a focus on shifts to culture, management, and systems and processes is preferred.
Proven track record in HR business partnering and consulting.
Strong intellectual rigor and commercial awareness of Diversity & Inclusiveness.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Past experience with diversity & inclusiveness projects will be an added advantage.
Experience in working with cross-cultural, cross-border and regional teams is seen as a plus.
