Description

Campaign Management – Execution:

  • Execute the campaign requests with the aim to ensure timely, robust and accurate deliverables

  • Work closely with analytics and product managers in defining business criteria for campaigns list and fulfilment requests

  • Assess the complexity of campaign requirements, advise on expected dates of deliverables, manage own work schedule accordingly to meet committed timeline

Campaign Management – Tracking:

  • To track, measure, and communicate effectiveness of campaign rollout; provide the intelligence loop back to business

  • To develop quantifiable campaign ROI tracking and communicate the results

  • Information Management:

  • Regulate automation process that drive productivity and expense save

  • Manage and execute UAT works

  • Ensure timely escalation and closure of all incidents/issues in relates to the CRM platform

Entrepreneurship:

  • Engage the analytic teams, product teams, sales teams and O&T teams proactively to understand the business opportunities, risks and challenges

  • Leverage the data, insights, and best practices with the aim to find revenue opportunity, to gain productivity, and to manage cost effectively

  • Leverage the knowledge/experience of regional peers and replicate their success stories for local business

  • Lead or participate in local/regional task force

Compliance:

  • Work with compliance officer to review/enhance department processes on periodic basis to ensure a robust control environment

  • Graduates in the following disciplines are preferred: Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent. CGPA above 3.30

  • Maintain high level of compliance culture

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in related field
