Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform onboarding calls to newly acquired Citi Priority customers

  • To deepen customer’s relationship with Citibank through cross-sells

  • To engage customers to strengthen relationships by adopting an advisory role to provide value added services

Functions and Duties:

  • Handle outbound calls from 9am to 6pm

  • Upon onboarding, contact CTP customers to drive on digital channels usage

  • To guide customer on Sky Branch PBs capabilities and familiarization of banking related services available

  • To perform engagements calls such as birthday calls to cross sell CTP birthday offers or retention calls based on leads of huge AUM outflow

  • To perform portfolio review over the phone with the contact policy of contacting customers at least twice a year

  • To handle CTP clients' enquiries and complaints, making sure that they follow through the end-to-end process after the account opening

  • To ensure incremental product penetration and increase targeted customer segment through the execution of an effective sales process

  • To grow customer numbers and AUM to meet country business goals, particularly liability accounts, unit trust and insurance, as well as cross-sell loans, mortgages and credit cards

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Degree qualification

  • Certified to cross-sell insurance and investments

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CA) or Persatuan Pasaran Kewangan Malaysian (PPKM) would be additional advantage

  • Minimum 1 year of Banking or Financial Relationship Management experience

  • Strong command in spoken and written English; ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage
