Description

  • Manage and resolve issues and escalations via proper issue tracking and escalation channels

  • Educate/train clients on operational & service procedures as well as product capabilities

  • Drive global electronic banking and client readiness initiatives

  • Develop and execute strategic initiative for the technical and support for electronic platforms

  • Continuously seek to identify opportunities for efficiency and control improvements in the process

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience preferred with basic ebanking knowledge

  • Work order submissions to service providers for user activation and entitlement

  • Subject matter expert for documentation, file integration, system entitlements, etc.

  • Requires good spoken and written English
