DHL Express, Inc. Associate Human Resource Operations (HRO) in Malaysia

  • Manage payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis (depending on the payroll processing cycle of thecountry) in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide day-to-day payroll support and advise to employees pertaining payroll and tax related matters

  • Ensures day-to-day HR data are entered into the system accurately through regular system audits

  • Ensure accurate employee information is provided at all times

  • Ensure compliance to personal data privacy in accordance to the country's regulation

  • Ensures consistent application of policies and procedures

  • Ensure process documentation is up-to-date

  • Generate timely and accurate reports in accordance to timeline and other ad-hoc reports when required
