As Sourcing Head of Performance Management, you will be challenged to generate value for Ericsson by driving business, operational, organizational, technology and competence subject matters. You will actively recognize emerging trends, problems and business needs. You will be able to provide creative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing, developing and securing deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools in your own area of expertise. And you will be effective by, securing performance, ensuring consistency and globalization whilst providing expert advice within the Sourcing Functional Area
- You will establish & drive strategy compliance with RASO Sourcing
- Secure FA compliance and efficiency
- And you will build and develop RASO Sourcing expertise
As our ideal Sourcing Head of Performance Management candidate, you will have:
- Atleast 5+ years of relevant work experience. Preferably with experience from working in other sourcing job roles.
Knowledge and understanding of market trends and Best in Class practices for Sourcing
Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams
Global mindset and ability to drive change and results in a matrix organization
Solid knowledge and understanding of:
Improvement process and ways of working
Strategy development and deployment process
Sourcing process and ways of working
