Schneider Electric Employee Services Representative (Japanese Speaking) in Shah Alam, Malaysia

In this role, you will

  • Provide customer service to employees and all levels of staff by receiving and responding to any queries regarding to HR

policies and related matters

  • Receive, verify and input employee information into HRS system

  • Able to maintain and create HR related contents to enable employee self service by maintaining HR content repository

  • Process oriented and able to improve processes and control

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma Degree in HR or related fields

  • At least 2 years working experience in HR related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Customer oriented with sense of urgency in works

  • Strong communication skills. Must be able to speak & write in Korean and/or Japanese

  • Able to work independently in a virtual environment

  • Versatile and able to rotate to other areas of services within HR
