Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to the sales and management team in terms of clinical relevance, guidelines and clinical evidence for the entire Critical & Chronic Care Solutions Department (C3SD) portfolio.

  • Facilitate and provide continuous learning sessions (CNE/CME, seminars, and workshop) to align all customers with the recommended standard usage and also enhance their knowledge on the benefits of choosing 3M solutions.

  • Guiding the sales force on their sales visits for clinical inputs and product knowledge supplement.

  • Monitor and track all educational activities for C3SD and provide relevant reports.

  • Provide interval trainings for the sales force to further enhance their knowledge and capabilities.

  • Review all C3SD in-bound goods that are damaged during shipment and provide necessary recommendation for disposal or otherwise.

  • Develop KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on the development of marketing collaterals related to clinical relevance.

  • Initiate and facilitate clinical evaluation and wide papers with key customers in providing local clinical relevance to C3SD product usage.

  • Monitor and report customer feedback on product default.

Requirements:

  • Possesses a Diploma in nursing studies or higher academic qualification.

  • Has at least 5 years of work experience in a hospital environment.

  • Has at least 3 years of work experience in a specialized area - intensive care unit, infection control, wound department and/or education department.

  • Experience in the medical commercial field would be an added advantage.

  • An individual who has strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

  • Possesses a valid driving license and own transportation.
