JOB SUMMARY

Ensure ambitious target setting and monitor closely for performance

  • Plan for execution of Customer Marketing plans with focus on results versus targets set.

  • Working together with Distributor, identify and implement actions for closing possible results gaps.

  • Monitor, evaluate and track weekly and monthly primary targets, activities carried out and the achievement of Distributor sales of area.

  • Ensure ordering (sell in) and execution to trade (sell out) of all agreed promotional stocks and POSM by Distributor as per company's plan.

  • Cascade of all business related and relevant emails/information to Distributor on a time manner.

  • Monitor operation efficiency and effectiveness.

Coach Distributor’s team for performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within the team

  • Lead the Field Sales Force by showing examples.

  • Setting clear guidelines on coverage planning and territory mapping.

  • Joint planning and close monitoring of key retailers within the Distributor’s coverage area.

  • Gather and provide competitive information to headquarters on a regular and continuous basis.

  • Evaluate profit, ROI, and cash flow for distributors.

  • Evaluate sales representative on personal performance and contribution based on facts and observable data.

  • Managing and improving stock in Distributor’s warehouse to a healthy level.

  • Conduct market visits to ensure activities are implemented as planned.

  • Provide market feedback/trade visit report and follow through to ensure outstanding/gaps are closed timely.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in the relevant field.

  • Minimum three (3) years Distributive/Traditional Trade experience in FMCG sales line.

  • Experience in Modern Trade will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum two (2) years’ team leading experience.

  • Demonstrates proactive, ambitious, self-driven and having strategic mindset.

  • Demonstrates self-driven, analytical, strong leadership and result oriented.
