Support Doctors and Nurses in dialysis unit, ICU department of hospitals nationwide where Medtronic machines are installed, for hands-on practices with HD/Acute/CRRT therapy
Providing training for application machines and clinical knowledge for HD/Acute team and local distributor team.
Support local distributors' technical team
POSITION DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and organize regular product and application trainings to customers
Identify training needs of customers in order to customize, co-ordinate and implement training sessions
Coordinate with customers to provide assistance in application of Chronic or Acute Care products
Being available, to answer on-call customer queries and provide case support 24/7
Instill proper usage of products through education on protocols and treatment guidelines
Facilitate training of company personnel and distributors on company’s products
Keep abreast of market trends and changing customer needs through regular customer visits
Support team to promote company’s products at local product launches, exhibitions and workshops
Provides therapy, clinical and operation consultation about Acute/HD therapy to customer and frequently update
Interacts as a field expert with other functional areas in the company to develop a thorough exchange of planning information between our customer/ distributor and these business areas
Perform ongoing market assessment of customers' clinical and therapy needs
Frequently training and updating for HD/Acute team and local distributor about therapy, clinical and operation
To comply with Medtronic policies, internal controls and Business Practices Standards
To prepare and comply with monthly reporting to BUM
Nursing background (SRN registered with Nursing Board) and Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Three (3) to five (5) years clinical experience, preferably be Renal and Critical Care trained
Demonstrated ability to take a positive, proactive approach to solving complex and/or unusual clinical problems
Demonstrated ability to start new therapy programs
Strong, demonstrated expertise in product and therapy knowledge
Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, proactive, customer service manner with customers during stressful situations
A high degree of interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage own time effectively
Demonstrated ability and desire to teach. Demonstrated self-confidence and effectiveness in dealing with a wide variety of student types
High energy level and demonstrated desire and ability to participate and motivate others in team efforts.
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, physicians, nurses and other medical staff.
Must be able and willing to travel within the country and to be on-call/standby and be activated during/ after hours and weekends if/when required.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
Fluent in speaking and writing in Bahasa and English
