Job Title New Media & TT Academy Specialist

Job Description

▪ Identify training needs through measures of Training need analysis in APAC Markets

▪ Become focus point for all Trainings related to Marketing and Sales in APAC

▪ Implement a steering team "Academy board" for the Trainings to ensure Quality and up to date Trainings

▪ Organize Marketing and Sales Training needs in a Training Academy and in person and estsblish Training calendar for APAC TT

▪ Plan and prepare schedule for the program and coordinate the program with the respective people involved

▪ Coordinate the training (in-house/internal/external)by providing logistic support that require nomination, registration,scheduling, venue, equipment, hand out materials, payment, evaluation, measurement of successful learning, Training documentation

▪ Prepare regularly Training evaluation reports for the steering team and maintenance of the Training Academy

▪ Design and implement common On-boarding program for all new hires in APAC markets,

▪ Prepare a schedule for the program

▪ Plan and coordinate the program with all employees, superior and facilitator involved

▪ Training documentation

Further development of the eLearning platform Conti Tire academy 2.0

▪ System and user management, analysis of training measures, implementation and Follow-up of a user-oriented performance measurement

▪ Creation / adaptation of communication materials to new media e-marketing

▪ Developing demand-oriented training sessions (central and market requirements) in Cooperation with R & D and Customer Service

▪ Identify and develop potential in the field of new media (Newsletter, eTools, Testimonials, animations, etc.)

▪ Creation and active use of a professional network in the Tire organization to coordinate of New Media Communication and recognizing synergies

▪ Control and quality management of sales support IT solutions

▪ Analysis and integration of current hardware and software solutions to support sales and Marketing in the future tools (ContiTireManagement, ContiFleetCheck tool, iPads, ContiTireCloud, Conti View etc.)

▪ Contact the markets for all New Media Platforms

▪ Creation / adaptation of communication materials to new media e-marketing

▪ Identify and develop potential in the field of new media (Newsletter, eTools, Testimonials, animations, etc.)

▪ Updating internal and external web-based presentation of BR TT APAC / e-communication

▪ Participation in projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, New Media and other relevant discipline; technical background with interest in communication (optional); or Educational degree with HR experience on Training and Development.

  • Professional experience in above skills for 5 years.

  • Exposure in driving process improvement initiative and leading projects.
