IBM Financing Business Support Professional (Korean Speaking) in PETALING JAYA, Malaysia

The IBM Global Financing Center, which commenced operations in Malaysia in 2006, is a cross-functional organization that provides expert business support, pricing, credit, IT and business controls for IBM Global Financing business across IBM’s140 growth market countries. The Center’s mission is to provide responsive and effective support services to internal clients to facilitate the achievement of planned business results and client satisfaction.

  • Operations professional responsible for the daily management of an account portfolio which is comprised of IGF's larger and more complicated inventory and/or accounts receivable Commercial Financing customers.

  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with numerous customer and IBM contracts and serves as a focal point for collections, collateral management, and customer inquires.

  • Responsible for territory risk management and customer satisfaction attainment and keeps customers apprised of the condition of their accounts and their ability to support current and future financing volumes.

  • Design and implement programs to collect outstanding debts and/or collect other collateral, with the assistance of management.

  • Monitors collateral position and identifies, reports on and drafts action plans to address potential and actual exposures. Prepares materials for use in periodic status account reviews.

Requirements:

  • Posses at least a Professional Degree, Post Graduate Diploma qualifications

  • Meticulous, analytical and a fast learner

  • Able to multitask and meet timelines

  • Must be able to speak, write and read in Korean

  • For non Korean nationals, must have S-TOPIK Intermediate, S-TOPIK Advanced

  • Experienced, Korean University Graduate and Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
