This position is focused on global consistency and continued implementation of standard processes within Order Management. This is to be achieved through the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, creation of concise and up to date training materials and conducting training sessions both in person and utilizing online tools.
General Job Duties:
Support the Manager, OM Systems and Training in the creation of a Global Training Program for OM
Developing and maintaining training material for OM to include any changes to system functionality, business policies and processes.
Creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures for OM
Conduct training sessions on new system functionality and processes in person and online.
Creation and maintenance of FAQ’s as they relate to process, systems and policy
Creation and maintenance of an OM document site (containing training documents, SOP’s and FAQ’s etc.)
• Secondary / high school or above
• Typically one year of experience in related field
• SAP experience a plus, but not required
• Microsoft Office
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to interact professionally with peers
• Reliable and able to work under pressure
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
