Dell Analyst, Sales Training in PENANG, Malaysia

Dell Global Sales Learning and Enablement organization is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to assist regional day-to-day LMS (Learning Management System) administration, training logistics (scheduling, booking facilities, etc.). This will include a number of administrative tasks relevant to both online and Instructor led Training courses.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join a friendly and collaborative team to support all aspects of training in order to prepare our Sales force to win.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the following: items, users, roles and permissions, assignment profiles, their attributes, and associated curricula’s and/or catalogs in the LMS, LMS resources and facilities. Troubleshoot escalated LMS issues. Perform LMS phone and email support to Users and global LMS Administrators.

  • Conduct daily LMS Administration tasks (e.g., account maintenance; course uploads, reports, etc.), ensure accuracy and integrity of LMS data.

  • Assist in maintaining process documents.

  • Training weekly summary report.

  • LTS & QBT completion report from the program launch to end.

  • Training absence report for every training session.

  • Team member performance report.

  • Ad hoc reporting and support requests.

  • Load Saba VILT/ILT Quarterly Forecast.

  • Manage all Saba related requests (Ad hoc offering requests, Offering changes).

  • Support Vendor Programs.

  • Quarterly Accreditation reporting and support.

  • Event Management Support (Any support required for events such as Tech Summit, FRS, Bootcamps).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and proven record of ability to learn new tools and processes, particular expertise with building reports in Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.

  • Experience of working with LMS is desired (Saba Cloud).

  • Candidates must have excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

  • Able to grasp complex system workflow to understand cause and effect for actions taken in that system, detail-oriented and ensures all critical aspects of a task are attended to.

  • Organized and methodical follows up to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on a timely basis.

  • Quality conscious with low rate of errors and a good sense of customer service.

  • Must be able to plan, organize, and prioritize work schedule.

  • Result orientated with an ability to manage multiple priorities.

Must be able to work independently under minimum supervision
