Position Purpose

Responsible on supply and inventory planning and to manage/execute the plans in alignment to business goals.

Principal Accocuntabilities


Responsible and ensure the deployment planning with timely produced products for orders; Monitor the execution and coordinating role in delivery requirements and schedules to meet customer demand.


Interface with the production planner to reconcile and align the customer requirements, stocks replenishment, capacity and supply constraints to maximize fulfillment of demand with mid term supply plan


Manage supply and inventory of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure all allocated and deliver to plant in good quantity, quality condition, on the most economical and timely basis.


Manage planning, allocations and control of inventory from orders to warehouse capacity. Identify and monitors inventory in health level in relation to customer demand and highlight inventory risks timely.


Review aged inventory and work/ coordinate with warehouse/ sales team to minimize the inventory obsolete risk.


Other administrative task and reporting related to planning or any ideas on work flow improvement.


Education, Skills and Experience

  • Degree holder in Business Adminstration or Logistic/Supply Chain.

  • 1-2 years experienced in logistic/supply chain/export field.

  • Planning and coordination.

  • Some shipping and logistics knowledge.

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge.

  • Demonstrate maturity, initiative, self-motivation and ability to multi task to overcome work challenges.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and effective problem solving skill.

  • Good communications skill with internal or external parties.
