Description

Responsibilities:

  • Run the weekly sales call, and write a summary.

  • Help prepare the monthly sales budget review and assist in monthly sales forecasting.

  • Do market research, market share analysis, growth rates of countries and categories.

  • Analyzing data for our market segmentation.

  • Keep track of the status of the sample approvals and create reports.

  • Add hoc work such as preparing presentations and for meetings.

  • Helping out in keying in contact details of our customers as well as assist in the input of customer visit reports into SalesForce.com, the CRM system.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Level 22,Menara TM,Off Jalan Pantai Baru.

  • 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Possess an excellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written.

  • A minimum GPA 4.0/5.0 or 2:1 degree equivalent.

  • Able to work in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Good at analyses and has an affinity for numbers.

  • Excellent working software knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and Word Documents.

  • Proactive and able to perform with some supervision. Hence must be able to be guided easily and understand instructions well.

  • Good presentation skills as this role may be required to present information in a variety of settings to different stakeholders.
