Job Posting Title Intern / Trainee (Manufacturing)

Job Description 1. Responsible of supervising the activities of Manufacturing Team in Test/Post Test Production Floor

  1. Assesses personnel and material levels to determine and achieve Test Production Output as per given goal

  2. Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of Work In Progress through different Production processes to ensure product are shipped within established cycle time goal

  3. Ensure the Manufacturing team operates according to established operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple different support function teams to ensure production output are met within established quality, productivity, cycle time and cost objectives

  4. Responsible of overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment

  5. 5S Champion of Production Floor, responsible of ensuring the line personnel comply to 5S Standards and the activity of SGA team
