Due to continued growth we are nowlooking for a Graduate Bridge Engineer to join our Malaysian Bridges team. Thisrole would suit some with a couple of years' experience or a Graduate lookingto gain experience in an established team. This is a great chance to work togetherwith Bridges team, gain a wide range of structural engineering experience whileworking on a variety of projects with a senior engineer who can guide, coachand mentor you.

You will be self-motivated, show initiative and able to workindependently or as part of a team involved in interesting hands-on projectsand a diverse working environment. Planning project or own task work effectively to a given brief andadvising on resource needs, ensuring compliance.
Producing technical documents and reports for checking byTeam leaders & Senior Engineers that meet specified quality and clientobjectives.
Assist in developing sound & innovative design solutionsfor checking by Senior Engineers to meet client requirements
Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within theoverall team.
Assist with and/or successful Project Management ofStructures Portfolio project delivery to Client objectives, to budget andprogramme on designated tasks/projects.
Actively seek mentoring & development to assist in theorganic growth and succession management of the Bridge team, with the target tobe a Chartered Professional.
Ensure that the requirements of all relevant Authorities andstakeholders are incorporated into designs as appropriate.

Relevant BSc / BEng / MSc in Civil / Structural Engineering,to facilitate working towardsCharteredEngineering
Computer literate plus analytical design
