Job Posting Title Facilities Engineer

Job Description •Responsible to lead and manage the facilities HVAC systems in the plant. Major focus will be on HVAC water systems.

•Manage, coordinate and supervise all facilities related work pertaining to HVAC systems

•To manage the HVAC enhancement project activities in the plant

•Coordinate and work closely with other sections and department to align and streamline on operations and project requirement

•Manage and implement projects including expansion project, CAPA related projects and improvement projects that meets the organization goals and target setting

•Review, calculate and plan budget for HVAC systems

•To support GRC and other audit requirements on HVAC systems

•Work closely with purchasers and other section covering business contract, PR/PO execution and other legal business entity

•Develop and execute a programs on the manufacturing tools for energy and cost saving improvement

•Review. draft, improve and implement standard operation procedures (SOP) on all related systems

•Review, investigate and trouble-shoot incidences and system fault using various methodology like 8D, fish bone diagram, poka yoke, root cause analysis, etc to minimize and prevent future incidences and restore the system to its desired operating condition or better
