Job Description and Qualifications PurposeThis position is responsible to handle the Liquid Bulk Customer interface to ensure that customer orders are processed timely, accurately and efficiently for Greater China. Nature and ScopeReport to Greater China Liquid Bulk Customer Service Manager. Handle Liquid Bulk customer interface and order management, support the commercial team by providing best services, meeting customer requests and satisfaction. Comply with the company standard processes and procedures to support customer base aligned with the business area.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for managing orders administration for Liquid Bulk in China. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, incoming and outgoing emails, web ordering & faxes related to order management. Monitor on day to day orders to ensure all orders completed on time. Proactively follow up for any outstanding orders or pending issues.Ensure proper filling and correspondence manual work are well maintaining.Maintain good relationship with customers by providing professional service.Responsible for coordination, i.e. Cross-Regional Team, Customer Service Support teams, scheduling, supply chain, plant, commercial teams, logistic etcComply with established processes and procedures including standard business processes, global trade compliance and safety standards.Maintain good teamwork.Able to handle pressure.Other responsibilities as defined by manager or designee.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSChinese SpeakerAble to read and write in Mandarin. Require a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related areas. Customer service experience or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of CSO procedures and systems, communication and problem solving abilities are required. Multiple languages speaking ability is preferred.Willing to work on weekends & public holiday. Excellent work ethic and positive attitude are required
