Customer Research and Insight Lead, Asia Pacific

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advice business units on research needs and on best practices in the market

  • Understand trends in customer research methodologies and update or create best practice resources (templates and guides) to support the wider business.

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using a variety of methodologies including surveys, workshops, interviews, and desk research

  • Maintain project communication throughout the project measured by correspondence in project folder and stakeholder feedback

  • Develop/improve training resources and deliver training to meet project needs and requests for internal project/department team development

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in customer/marketing strategy or research, consulting, business development, product strategy or product development

  • Experience consulting with internal and external stakeholders across countries and designing a research plan, qualitative questionnaire guides and quantitative surveys

  • Experience in leading cross functional project teams to deliver research outcomes

  • Prior experience in working with different research methodologies across multiple online and digital platforms

  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills and prior exposure dealing with bottom to senior management on a regional scale
