Key Responsibilities:

  • Advicebusiness units on research needs and on best practices in the market

  • Understandtrends in customer research methodologies and update or create bestpractice resources (templates and guides) to support the wider business.

  • Plan andconduct qualitative and quantitative research using a variety ofmethodologies including surveys, workshops, interviews, and desk research

  • Maintainproject communication throughout the project measured by correspondence inproject folder and stakeholder feedback

  • Develop/improvetraining resources and deliver training to meet project needs and requestsfor internal project/department team development

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of8 years relevant work experience in customer/marketing strategy orresearch, consulting, business development, product strategy or productdevelopment

  • Experienceconsulting with internal and external stakeholders across countries anddesigning a research plan, qualitative questionnaire guides andquantitative surveys

  • Experiencein leading cross functional project teams to deliver research outcomes

  • Priorexperience in working with different research methodologies acrossmultiple online and digital platforms

  • Effectivestakeholder engagement skills and prior exposure dealing with bottom tosenior management on a regional scale
