Job Description:

  • Monitor and meet KPI metrics within target (Intercompany AR, Volume targets, Supplier Payments TAT( (int & ext), SAL management, Welcome Package TAT, Project Balance)

  • No or minimal SOA for business segment (SMB, RRC, Enterprise)

  • In conjunction with sales proactively manage execution of monthly and quarterly forecast

  • Manages Run Rate Business in accordance with Sales team and Customer Face Time Initiative deliverables

  • Assist FAM (Sales perrson) in evaluating our ability to fulfill customer requirements and reach out to Customer Relationship Manager as required

  • Manage the service requests of customers, HP business units, order management and resellers through different access channels

  • Collaborate with FAM in managing relations with the customer, HP and Resellers

  • Work with Delivery Support Specialist counterpart to generate and collect documents and enter customer and transaction information required for lease administration activities (booking, funding) in systems. Ensure accuracy of all documents and administration

  • Prepare booking and funding package for compliance

  • Compliance with processes and policies requirements and audit ready

  • Ensure documents are properly managed as part Document Retention Policy

  • Share accountability with Colleagues in customer delivery team to optimize customer experience and achieve team goals

  • Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with general supervision

About the candidate

Required

  • Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues

  • Works on problems / projects of moderately complex scope. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action

  • Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input

  • Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendation

  • Acts as a proactive team member and may act as a project leader on small projects

  • Produces moderately complex process deliverables, analyses and reports using business applications and provides input to recommendations

  • Implements process refinement and improvement by applying a developing understanding of internal business processes and policies

  • Evaluates a variety of moderately complex business issues by applying basic subject matter expertise

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience

  • Typically 2-4 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation

  • Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in Thai and English

  • Developed knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel)

  • Ability to work as proactive member of a team, as well as independently

  • Developing understanding of internal business processes and policies

  • Developing business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts
