  • Help grow and support the business

  • Plan and provide leadership, guidance, motivation and mentoring to the technical team

  • Have a look ahead view on what other opportunities are there in the pipeline and put in place a plan to support the business

  • Determine, plan and take corrective step ahead of time to plan for these changes to support the business

  • Overseeing the development of the staff expertise and implement the following to increase product knowledge

–Technical skill-set gap analysis

–Setup and schedule product training requirements

–Setup and schedule discussion and sharing sessions in a group twice monthly (minimum)

  • Together with Service Delivery Manager

–Identify potential engineer to play a key role in project delivery by providing guidance and mentoring to successfully deliver the project deliverables

  • Constantly analyze, monitor and look into possible or potential improvement for the individual

  • Manages the whereabouts and the work scope of all AE’s and Consultants

  • Gather and understand requirements from Client and transform those requirements into a technical proposal

  • Manages all aspects of management of the application software including maintenance, development, functional and user support

  • Knowledge SI to other systems to propose path forward

  • Attends meetings to ensure compliance to standards and to manage application change requests and problem resolution issues

  • Works with team members to develop application development plans including minor upgrades, patches and fixes, problem resolution, change requests and enhancements

  • Develops training plans to ensure ongoing development of application team

  • Analyze weekly statistical report and provide findings with relevant action-plan.

  • Works collaboratively with team members to develop communication and support to ensure no delays in projects

  • Degree in Engineering/IT administration

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Basic knowledge (user level) of an Engineering Content Management System/Document Management System

  • Positive attitude, meticulous and analytical

  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Have a look ahead view on what other opportunities are there in the pipeline. Put in place a resource plan to support the business and project delivery.

  • Assisting BD team, supplement the capture, define and write up SOW proposal with estimated man-days. Justify the proposal to sales and BD team

  • Together with PM, EDT lead, define, plan, write and constantly improve Intergraph's technical RFQs and/or CSOW in detail. Emphasis is on quality deliverables.

  • Define, plan and assist Project Manager in the execution plan leading to detail project schedule. Constantly refine when necessary with justification

  • Work with HR on identifying common and unique standard and measureable KPIs that are consistent with the rest of Malaysia personnel.

  • Develop customer contact/consulting ability

  • Documentation of Project Meeting/Actions

  • Ability to follow up tasks and requests
